A numerical study and parameter optimization was carried out to find the effects of geometric parameters nanofluid concentration on heat transfer pressure drop characteristics a finned microchannel. Six dual rectangular fins with different layouts were placed in single microchannel having cross section. The hydraulic diameter kept constant length, width angle fin between horizontal axes determined as parameters. water selected base fluid effect volumetric nanofluids (Al2O3 (0% 0.4%)) flow investigated. Volumetric geometry optimized Response Surface Optimization method for levels Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analyses (ANSYS Fluent 18) performed at rates. CFD results calculated optimum compared those straight (finless) As result study, increment improved increased drop.
